Why you want to do something? I had one when I was forced to leave joined the army in the early '70s. All the time I thought I was out of water in the water. What's good for the body is supposed to be good for the mind, but quoted this phrase does not surf. Take time at all, if you feel that is beneficial in itself is well, but the question is: What do you want? I grew up and surfed most of my life, and health aspects that are elite. But I also used medatation and music (Keyboard, guitar, drums and hammered dulcimer) to take me to the place of restoration. Try to find this place for yourself, because water is the source of the league.
