I went to Costa Rica for surfing (beginner). Where are other places to go surfing in February / March?
And if possible, please suggest / Share price reasonable accommodation (hotel or house / bungalows for rent) that would be great. Thanx.
Hawaii is the best place for specific time and the weather is too cold and not very hot because it is hell in the summer!
