I'm assuming you pay by credit card. Send an email to the site www.softsurfboards.com with a date to respond to you. State hoping to win the job if it does not solve the problem at that time. And they do! If you pay with PayPal, have their own console race within your website. If that leads nowhere (which tend to align with the dealer more often than I would like), so I hope you use a credit card to your PayPal account. You can still dispute the charge. If you used a debit card, call SoftSurfboards. If you do not want to give a correct answer and then when you go to have your card, go to your bank and ask for a temp. credit account and submit a rule. "E" (I think is called …) claims for trial.
