It is easier to learn surfing Body Surfing before real?
I live near San Francisco and Half Moon Bay to hear how well they way I can get if Surfing.Would just get to swim in the sea without clothes diving tank me in shape for surfing?
Yes, surfing (which is not the body or body boarding loading) is an excellent way to be comfortable and familiar in the ocean. Surfing is a sport of sea, and should only be practiced by people who are confident and competent Ocean swimmers. You should be home with tears, hangovers, and sometimes big waves. Swimming in a pool is clean, but I have seen many swimmers swim in great need of rescued from the ocean. As a child, I swam in the sea rose body surfing and body (not things like "Boogie Boards" at that time in the decade 50 and 60) for years before starting to navigate. Swimming in the ocean surfing, bodyboarding, and then when you're really at home with the sea, take some surfing lessons. Lessons (or trainer or browse by friends or relatives) are the only sensible way to start navigating. We had lessons when I started in 1966, but as I said, I was very comfortable in the ocean.
